    Learnt how to calculate Time in a particular place by looking at the place in the Map... By knowing the latitude, now could easily calculate the TIME DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES... We computed the time difference between Assam and Delhi... that is 1 Hour 4 Minutes.... (360 Degrees = 24 hours <==> 1 Degree = 4 minutes, New Delhi is at 76 Degree East and Assam is at 92 Degree East, hence the difference us 16 Degrees ==> Time Difference is 16 * 4 = 64 minutes = 1 hour 4 minutes..)

    Learnt how to calculate the distance between different places... Now I could calculate the length and breadth of a country, distance between different places.. etc... { Calculation : 360 Degrees = 2(Pie)r (where r is the radius of Earth = 6 378.1 kms) = 2 (22/7)6378.1 = 40090.91 kms <==> 1 Degree = 111.36 kms... }, now through this we could easily calculate the distance when we know the Latitude, Longitude in between which a particular place lies....
