.....where science is taught by brilliant scientists and passionate researchers who are privileged to rub shoulders with the visionaries that lead our nation..where film making is taught by award winning directors...literature by novelists and poets whose poetry leap out as flames that enthrall the child..where children ask endless questions and classes may go on at a stretch for 22 hours - at the end of which children are reluctant to go home... where subjects are learnt not just for securing marks or grades but out of love for the subject..where curiosity culminates in seemingly effortless discovery..where rocket science and mimicry are equally thrilling and fun..where concern for your team mates is as valued as your skill in maths.. where modern technology and ancient wisdom hold each other in endearing embrace..where the highest standards are set for education and career goals in an atmosphere that nurture the deepest qualities of character and heart.....where the highest, most cherished prize - lovingly given and eagerly accepted- is a warm hug from the teacher...where young hearts soar higher and higher on the wings of lofty thoughts and aspirations...

Indeed for many parents,teachers and students a class like this can only be imagined.

As a teacher of 16 years experience I too have often dreamt about it.

....but i have now lived and experienced this dream............................................

SCHOOL 1
First we went to school 1 as we were entering the school office building we saw jayeshs Grandfather (who is the secretary of the school). We told him why we were there. He told us just to ask in the office. When we asked in the office they told us that we had to get the principals permission.
As we walked into the principals room we felt very relaxed, usually we were always tensed up and afraid of her.
As we entered the room we said Namaste she told us the same. We told her why we were there
She told us she can’t give us the phone numbers as she had no right to do so. We told her that it was like test and if we are not able to arrange at least 100 children sir would not continue the course.
She told us that if we want to get the numbers we had to get the permission of the management committee then we told her that jayesh’s grandfather “the secretary” had already given us the permission. Then she told us to bring him. Even though we thought that he had left we checked the entire campus for him but was unable to find him. We immediately called jayeshs and asked his phone no.
Thank god he knew it and we called him immediately but he had left his mobile at his home .we told jayeshs mom why we had called and she told us that he would call us immediately after he reaches home. We waited for about 20 mts in the office .then we heard a phone ringing in the principal’s office.
Then she called the office assistant .he gave us the Photostat of the phone numbers. We called and thanked jayeshs grandfather.
There were almost 86 phone no’s
SCHOOL 2
We accidently found school 2 .but it was from school 2 our luck really began to change.
When we entered the schools office nobody except the 2 peons we told him why we were there .they told us that they couldn’t give us the phone number with out the principals permission he immediately called the principle and got her permission. We started copying the phone numbers one by one into our notebook. Soon we finished. We had got about 200 phone no’s .we thanked the peons and left the school to attack the next school.
SCHOOL 3
School 3 was a wonderful school .we found the principal’s office quite easily. The principal there was the first principal who asked us to sit. We explained to her why we were there.
She was very interested in our program and asked us whether she could have more info about it. Then we called Dr.TP Sasikumar and he explained it to her .after the phone call she gave us the list of phone no’s and asked u s whether he would come for a program in that school.
We told her we will tell sir. And took a Photostat and returned the list back, thanked her and left the school.
We now had a total of more than 600 phone no’s. we felt like we had conquered a country.
It was a really great experience - 2011 April - 23rd - SATURDAY (Rahul)

When there are many problems... Under Paid, Over Worked, Disinterested Students, Uncaring Parents, Thankless Society, Crumbling Buildings, Disintegrating Class rooms, Unavailable aids, not required policy directions .. TEACHERS are limited by their REPRODUCTIVE Teaching.

Students are Directed by their Parents and or LIFE THRILLS … - how to be famous (in the line of TV Shows / reality Shows / Modeling etc.) - Which course is having more demand – Where to get and what job to be selected – Who has to be the partner - PEER GROUP makes lot in their LIFE styles and setting directions in LIFE.

Many elders are UNHAPPY as they are not in their choice of Profession – Passion couldn’t be identified – Life is boring – Job is monotonous – We make money still or I am not able to earn much – Wanted to do something for the Society that is what gives satisfaction but don’t know where and how to start … Now is OLD and have family around, do not know what to do?

ELIGIBILITY

Boy or Girl of age 14 to 23 (Born between 1987 January 1st – 1997 December 31st) Ready to learn

One month Total Dedicated Effort Who have working ENGLISH Language

Spare 7 am to 7 pm or may be extended stay during the Interactive Session (14 Days)

RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS

In case of Residential Campus 16 days learning shall be a guided Session.

30 days of 2011 Holiday Credit -2 (2011HC2)

In continuation to the Credit 1, Sessions with Cross Campus Program, sharing of Knowledge from One centre to other centre will run in selected places. Opted / Selected students with Good Credit Score in 2011HC1 will have to travel across India. The Program will run in the Residential Campus Only.

FUTURE COURSE

These Credits shall be the eligibility for further programs which may lead to a CERTIFICATE COURSE / DIPLOMA / DEGREE of the Institute under SHIKSHA / AUM (American University of Manasa in making).

SHIKSHA plans to mold Youth for Regaining India by redefining Leadership under Social Craft Foundation. In order to promote academic excellence in engineering sciences and management utilizing regional resources Shiksha is in the process of promoting International Institute of Advanced Academics. To develop life skills, community oriented soft skills International Institute of Soft Skills and Life Learning is promoted.

We make LEADERS / Administrators who may be part of Government in the future. This is a dedicated effort of Reorienting Youth towards Responsible Career.

SHIKSHA is a Trust registered in Hyderabad in 2010 to focus on redefining Learning and Teaching in India towards Empowering Students. International Institute for Advanced Academics (I2A2) is the Formal Higher Education Institution under SHIKSHA. University of MANASSAS is a E-Learning University at Virginia, USA. UOM shall run its Certificate / Diploma / Post Graduate Studies and Research Programs leading to PhD through SHIKSHA-I2A2 in India.

TEACHERS Training is the Focus of SHIKSHA as most of the learning centers in India find difficulty in knowledgeable / committed / dedicated / passionate teachers. INNER is committed to identify teachers from the enrolled students for various programs in different centers across the country.

International Institute for Soft Skills and Life Learning (I2S2L2) is keen in supplementing the required personal and professional enhancement capacities. Creating Self Development through various programs to achieve the highest positions in Life. Corporate Recruitment Training Sessions are arranged for preparing students towards job.

ALL INDIA SERVICE is not unreachable, but need to be focused and need good effort. Registered candidates for the Diploma (1 year) / Masters (2 years) under SHIKSHA by default are possible candidates towards All India Service Exams (DAIS / MAIS). We may soon start a residential full time session.

THREE MONTHS Crash Orientation (COAIS) Session for All India Service preparation is given to students after plus two and graduation. This shall enable them to get motivated and start long term preparation / Initiating towards the Competitive Exams.

Higher level Continuity maintenance Sessions shall be followed in every year during Holidays till they are eligible for the Competitive Exams.

SOCIAL CRAFT FOUNDATION (SCF) is involved in Research - identifying STEP for REBUILDING (RESTRUCTURING / REGAINING) INDIA through Non-Political / Non-Religious / Youth Regeneration Development Movement focusing on EDUCATION. Regional Resource Forum (RRF) will focus on localized resource mapping and Define / Design / Plan Action on Educational awareness requirements to protect regional human and natural resources. RRF is active in this in many Indian cities.

HS (HOLIDAY SESSION) is a Four WEEK SESSION for Youth (13 to 23 age Group). Main Broad AIM of HS is to re-design education system via cross compartment working in a systematized approach and to produce integrated learning required for national re-construction. Each good Student is a Good teacher. This is the Preamble on which we are working. We direct to redefine Learning and teaching. Students learn the technique of Learning/ This enable them to enjoy Learning through-out LIFE (Live In Full Enjoyment)

LEARNING PHILOSOPHY is making the student feel confident on the subject. STUDENTS ARE ENROLED ON HOLIDAY PROGRAMS IN AREAS OF THEIR SUBJECTS in academic learning. This is to help them to enhance existing strength in subject and select the specialization to feel more confident in their choice of SUBJECT / Specific TOPIC that may lead to a PG Diploma later in their chosen topic.

SCHEDULE : The HOLIDAY Program shall have two days of ORIENTATION SESSION followed by five days of BASIC COURSE. Fourteen days of self / group learning shall end with a week-long interactive session of presentation / evaluation / certification.

ADD-ON HOLIDAY SESSIONS (AOHS) is a Four WEEK SESSION for those who have finished HS with A Grade. This is to help the students after HS to move horizontally to other fields-under interactive guidance / Peer Group Learning under Expert Supervision.

LATERAL ENTRY : Primarily for students who have successfully completed the HOLIDAY Session, but may on exceptional basis be opened up to other candidates THROUGH LATERAL ENTRY TEST ON subject UNDERSTANDING.

FOCUS : Students shall focus on projects involving inter-disciplinary working between two or more of the teams from the HOLIDAY programs.

CERTIFICATION will be strictly on quality of the presentation and the test on understanding from the learning. Chances are given to repeat the presentation for evaluation subsequently.

GRADE : A Grade is above 75 % . B Grade is less than A above 50%. C Grade is less than 50 %.

CREDIT : HS and AOHS will add credit for the DIPLOMA / PG Entry / Faculty Selection of UOM / SHIKSHA Institutions / Programs.

Thanks a lot for the overwhelming response to the idea of compiling details of Summer Camps in different Cities, and then to forward to the Parents / Students to enable the children to properly utilise their vacation time.
We have received details about the summer camps being conducted by many people; but, we sincerely wish to have special discounts/packages for MFG members.
